CORVETTE MUSEUM OFFERS HALF PRICE ADMISSION

All Guests Visiting From Kentucky and Tennessee

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The National Corvette Museum will be offering a special “half price” admission discount to all residents from Kentucky and Tennessee visiting now through August 17, 2008. Admission rates are discounted to $4 for adults, $3 for seniors and students, and $2 for children 6to 16. Bring the family and take a tour at the “Family rate” for only $10during this special offer.

Guests visiting will only need to show a Kentucky/Tennessee drivers license or any other form of identification designating them as residents of either state to receive the special admission rate.

The Museum offers a one-of-a-kind experience to remember, and features over 70 Corvettes from the 1953 Corvette that began the Corvette legacy, to experimental models that never made it to the dealership. Other exciting exhibits include the world’s only collection of“three” Corvettes – one from each model year 1983-2003, the 2005 inaugural Telcel Motorola Mexico 200 Pace Car, a collection of Dale Earnhardt memorabilia featuring diecasts, race memorabilia, apparel items and various other pieces of Earnhardt signature collectibles, the only 1983 Corvette in existence, the One Millionth Corvette that rolled off the line at the GM Assembly Plant, and so much more.

Guests visiting can experience the “Pit Crew Challenge” interactive exhibit and compete individually or as a team to change tires, add fuel and keep the Corvette Race car in the lead. “Gas prices can make traveling tough this summer and we want to offer folks a chance to stay a little closer to home and enjoy the many attractions in our region,” states NCM Executive Director, Wendell Strode. “Our Museum is always changing and we hope visitors enjoy the new exhibits and discount admission when bringing their families to tour.”
The Museum is open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT and photography is welcome. Shop in our 3,000 square foot Corvette Store, have your picture taken behind the wheel of a Corvette, and take a chance to win a new Corvette for only $10.
