Historic L&N Depot and Railpark

Large windows in the Lobby, detailed mural walls and historic tile flooring bring nostalgia to any event. The L & N Depot has two meeting spaces available:
Lobby: 40’x40’, 1600 sq. ft., Capacity - 120 banquet, 200 reception, 190 theatre
Reception Room: 29’x40’, 1120 sq. ft., Capacity - 90 banquet, 120 reception

The Depot also has a caterers’ staging room that is adjacent to the Reception Room. It has outdoor access, 17 cubic sq. ft. refrigerator, a sink and multiple outlets. In addition, tables and chairs are available for use, include 15 - 72” round tables seating 10 each, 20 - 6’ rectangular tables seating 8 people each and 140 upholstered chairs.

The Historic RailPark has three railcars available for rent:
Duncan Hines Dining Car seats 48 with space for a caterer to set up;
Presidential Car has a small parlor and small dining room that has a table with 6 chairs;
Caboose is an open space that can seat 10 kids and 5-6 adults comfortably, or up to 25 people standing.
