
Vicki H. Fitch
Executive Director

Vicki began her career in
tourism in 1982 at Conway Twitty's Twitty City and then at Music Village
U.S.A. both in Hendersonville, Tenn. She joined the BGACVB in June
of 1991 as Marketing Director. Vicki served in that capacity until
being promoted to Executive Director in August 2005. Contact Vicki

Marissa Butler
Public Relations Director

From an amusement park attendent to
restaurant management and hotel sales, Marissa Butler joined the CVB
in June of 2007 with extensive hospitality experience. The Nashville,
TN native made Bowling Green her home after graduating from WKU in
1998 with a Public Relations degree and a Folk Studies minor. In the
position of Public Relations Director at the CVB, Marissa assists
in shaping all communication with visitors and the media. Contact

want to attend to put on our calendar, for press releases, items for
our newsletter or if you are a writer or member of the press and need
assistance or information. |

Amy Childers Cardwell
Sports Sales Director

Amy joined theCVB September of 2005.
She previously served as Director of Sales at the Hampton Inn for
over two years. Amy graduated from WKU with a bachelors degree in
Psychology and a minor in marketing. She served on the Signature Events
Committee for the State from 2006-2007 and will serve on the Unbridled
Spirit Cup Committee for a Legacy Golf Event for the State. Contact
Amy if you are interested in bringing a sports event to town, to sponsor
or become involved with sporting events or if you would like more
information about the events happening around town. |

Katie Frassinelli
Marketing Director

Katie
is a 2002 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a major in
advertising and minors in marketing and broadcasting. She also earned
her graduate certificate in organization communication in 2004.
Katie joined the staff in July 2005 but had served as a summer intern
at the CVB while in college and continued to do their website since
then. Contact Katie for marketing opportunities, including the Visitor's
Guide, City Vision visitor television show, brochure distribution,
websites, coupon books or other visitor marketing projects. Also
call Katie if you need Bowling Green images or footage. Katie also
staffs the information kiosk located inside the National Corvette
Museum. |

Duncan Hines
Group Sales Director

Duncan Hines joined the CVB in December
2006. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and has been
a resident of Bowling Green for over 15 years. He has obtained his
Kentucky Tourism Certification and is currently active in many state
associations of Kentucky and Tennessee including MPI and KSAE, in
which he serves as a board member. Contact Duncan if you are planning
a meeting, convention, reunion, wedding or other group activity and
would like complimentary ditty bags, a request for a proposal from
area lodging and meeting spaces, group activity ideas and other related
items. |

Alicia Stivers
Office Manager
|
Alicia joined the Bureau in 1988
as the Marketing Director. After a 15 year absence where she served
as the Project Director for the Cave Region Matching Funds Committee,
she rejoined the Bureau Staff as Office Manager in 2006. Alicia's
tourism experience includes work as a volunteer museum docent, hotel
front desk clerk and group sales associate, hospitality coordinator
for the NCAA Championship tournament in 1985, corporate meeting
planner and a 5 year term on the Shaker Museum Board of Directors.

Pam Wells
Receptionist

Pam joined the CVB in August 2007 working
at our information kiosk inside the National Corvette Museum. She
was promoted to Receptionist in December 2007 and currently rotates
with Joyce. Pam is retired from Western Kentucky University. Call
Pam to request mailed information packets and brochures, general visitor
information, hotel availability during special events, ditty bags,
VIP gifts, or information about our gift shop. |

Joyce Eichelberger
Receptionist

Joyce joined the CVB in July 2008 as
part-time receptionist and currently rotates with Joyce. Joyce is
a retired Warren County teacher. Call Joyce to request mailed information
packets and brochures, general visitor information, hotel availability
during special events, ditty bags, VIP gifts, or information about
our gift shop. |

Donna Mize
|
Donna joined the CVB in July 2006. She
is a retired school teacher. Donna staffs the information center on
the weekends and works at the Corvette Museum information kiosk. |

Carlton Alexander
|
Carlton joined the CVB in February 2008.
Carlton had previously served as director of the Edmonson County Tourist
Commission for six years and is a retired state employee. Carlton
is a member of the Corvette Museum kiosk staff. |

Bob Salata |
Bob also joined the CVB in February
2008. He has previously worked in sales and as a Realtor, and after
doing a brief two-year stint at Walt Disney World in Florida as a
presenter, he has returned to his hometown of Bowling Green. Bob is
a member of the Corvette Museum kiosk staff. |

Robin Van Meter |
Robin joined the CVB in May 2007 and
has previously served as Assistant Manager at Speed Way. She is working
on earning a degree from Draughon's Junior College to become a Cardiographic
Technician. Robin staffs the CVB office on weekends and fills in at
the Corvette Museum kiosk. |

Martha Vowels |
Martha is a retired teacher from Hardin
County and has served as a sales associate at Wal-Mart and the Corvette
Museum Store. She joined the CVB in December 2007. Martha is a member
of the Corvette Museum kiosk staff. |

Jan Wall |
Jan is currently employed full-time
at Natcher Elementary School, but has helped staff the CVB during
the summers and on weekends since May 2007. |
