The Bowling Green Area Convention & VisitorsBureau and the Mid-South Conference are excited to kick off another year of these collegiate championships beginning with men and women’s bowling conference championships February 9th-11th.

The CVB and Mid-South Conference entered into a new contract in 2020 that will go through fiscal year 2025.

“The Mid-South Conference is a valued partner,” said Sherry Murphy, Executive Director of the Bowling Green Area Convention & Visitors Bureau. “These championships create significant, positive economic impact to our community. Conference teams utilize Bowling Green hotels and eat at local restaurants.”

The men and women’s bowling conference championships kick off the spring season tournaments on February 9th. The spring season championships continue through May 8th with men’s wrestling, cheer and dance February 17th-18th, women’s wrestling February 24th-25th, men’s and women’s basketball February 23rd-27th, men’s volleyball March 31st-April 1st, men’s and women’s tennis April 20th-23rd, men’s golf April 23rd-25th, women’s golf April 30th-May 2nd, baseball May 5th-8th and softball May 4th-8th. All championships take place in Bowling Green and Warren County.

The Mid-South Conference is made up of universities from across the southern and midwestern United States. The coordinating efforts of several athletic facilities and community sponsorships helped bring the Mid-South Conference to Bowling Green.
